Exchanges
El Closet was made for you to love your pieces, so if you want to exchange an item, for another size or color, send us an email at hola@tintoreriamariaromero.com, we'll send you a return label and ship out your new item as soon as we receive the original.
Only domestic orders.
If you would like to exchange an international order, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to our studio, but we will ship your new item for free.
If you would like to return your item for a refund in the original form of payment, please send us an email at hola@tintoreriamariaromero.com we will help you through the process.
Please read our returns fine print before placing your order:
– All items must be returned in unused and unworn condition with original tags and packaging within 10 business days from the day you receive your item(s).
– Sale items are final sale.
– María Romero Studio, LLC reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
– Postage costs are not refundable.
– María Romero Studio, LLC is not responsible for duty reimbursement in the case of international shipments.
